Does this printer need ink or toner?
No. It uses direct thermal printing. Use compatible thermal label, paper, or tattoo transfer media for the selected model.
Which labels or paper should I buy?
Use compatible 210–216mm A4 thermal paper or tattoo transfer paper. This set includes 10 tattoo transfer sheets.
Do I need to choose a wall-plug type?
No. This model charges through USB Type-C and does not require a UK, EU, or US wall-plug selection. A wall charger is not promised unless it is specifically shown in the packing list.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Yanwen tracked shipping is USD 12 per order. Orders normally take 1–3 business days to process, followed by an estimated 7–18 business days in transit. Customs or local-carrier delays can extend this estimate.
What happens if the parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent?
